Security updates should go in as soon as they’re released, and routine updates at least monthly. We test updates on a staging copy first, so your live site isn’t affected.
Rarely. Most updates happen without visitors noticing, because we test them on a copy of your site before applying them to the live one.
We remove the malware, restore a clean backup if needed, close the security gap and add protection to prevent it happening again.
